Isaiah 1:4-6

Isaiah 1:4-6, “Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.  Why should ye be stricken any more?  ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.  From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.”

This Scripture passage always reminds me of the United States. We are a sinful nation! From legalized abortion, nudity at all beaches, legalized same-sex marriage, the $50 billion a year divorce racket, Sin City Las Vegas and a thousand other evils in this country, we deserve the divine wrath and swift judgment of God almighty. Proverbs 14:34, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”

From the soul of the foot, even to the head of the body, there is no soundness of health in America today. Our public schools are very sick! The gender-bending insanity that is being propagated throughout the classrooms of America today is of the Devil. There is something very wrong with anyone who tries to convince a biological female that she is actually a boy.

Children Should Directly Be Told The Truth

I miss the good old days when only military men wore tattoos. Men used to look like men, and women like women. Those times are long gone! There is nothing as unnatural as meeting an effeminate man, or a masculine woman. It is shameful and against nature. Many people nowadays have lost their fear of God, totally disregarding the inspired Holy Bible.

There was a time in America when all businesses were closed on Sundays, to reverence the Lord's Day. In fact, those store owners pulled their shades to cover the windows, to prevent people from even looking at the merchandise, to honor the Lord's Day, Sunday. We've lost that respect for God today. It's hard to find a business that's not open on Sunday. 

Women preachers were wrong a century ago, and they are still wrong today. Women have no biblical right or authority to enter into the church pulpit. Whenever women become pastors, they are rebelling in direct opposition to God's Word, blaspheming the Scriptures. Men are ordained by God to lead the churches, not women! Only a wicked feminist enters the ministry pulpit to usurp authority over men.

All Women Preachers Are False Prophets

Evangelist Joyce Meyer is a prime example of an ungodly rebel who has total disregard for God's Word. She also preaches a damnable counterfeit plan of salvation, which is typical of women preachers. Woe unto Joyce Meyer!!!I have heard employees of Meyer's wicked so-called "ministry" inviting unsaved people to improve their lives by purchasing Joyce's ministry junk. All they care about is making money! Joyce Meyer is not a true born-again believer and is a dangerous false prophet. Jesus warned everyone that deadly false prophets would come as wolves in sheep's clothing to deceive us (Matthew 7:15).

It is tragic that 99% of people today blindly follow television preachers, while not searching the Scriptures as Jesus commanded (John 5:39). You can only be deceived if you don't use the Word of God to try (test) al things to determine if it is biblical or a lie (1st John 4:1). 1st John 4:1, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” The same Apostle John through whom God penned the Gospel of John, also penned the Epistle of 1st John. John tells us the reason why we should test everything with the Holy Bible—BECAUSE MANY FALSE PROPHETS ARE GONE OUT INTO THE WORLD!!!

Use The Inspired Holy Bible To Expose False Teachers

In other words, there are so many liars in the world (including in the Bible colleges and churches) that you cannot believe anything you hear!!! If you are not grounded in the authority of the inspired Holy Scriptures, then you will be blown about by every wind of doctrine, misled or even damned. ...

Ephesians 4:14-16, “That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”

This is a profound passage of Scripture. Carefully notice that the Greek word kubeia for "sleight" means "gambling dice." It refers to the type of trickery you'd find in a shady casino. The phrase "cunning craftiness" (Greek: panourgia) likewise refers to trickery to deceive someone. It means sophistry: A deliberately invalid argument displaying ingenuity in reasoning in the hope of deceiving someone. The Devil is a beautiful liar!

Children by nature believe every word they hear in their innocence and naivety. However, the Apostle Paul exhorts us as believers to grow up, and as adults give heed to Bible study, searching the Scriptures (John 5:39) to verify if the things we're being taught are factual or fables (Acts 17:10-11). There are MANY deadly lying false prophets today who preach a corrupt gospel message, like Marty Herron and Gary Walton from the Bob Jones University cult; and then Jeff Redlin and Timothy Zacharias from the cult at Pensacola Christian College. Their plans of salvation does not match the simple plan of salvation in the Holy Bible.

We Are A Wicked Nation

The United States is a very sick nation today. Just as Isaiah (the prophet to the northern kingdom of Israel) called the Jews to repentance toward God, so also do faithful preachers today call America to repent toward God in faith. It is a travesty what has happened to our country. I was watching Tucker Carlson the other night and was shocked by the injustices he was talking about. Tucker said when he visited Moscow a few weeks ago that he realized something. He realized that the homelessness crisis, fentanyl drug crisis, filth (trash everywhere) crisis, open border crisis, housing crisis, et cetera, are all deliberate in the United States. Moscow doesn't have all these social problems like we do in America!!!

From the sole of our nation's foot, to the crown of our nation's head, we have terminal cancer as a society. Just as Israel's days were numbered in the Old Testament, so also are the days of our nation's liberty numbered. No nation has ever survived treason from within. Isaiah 1:4, “Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.” I cannot think of a passage of Scripture more befitting of the United States than this!

Church attendance and marriage are now at all-time lows in America. Shacking up is the new norm in our nation, which is sinful and wrong to do. Courtship before marriage is nearly non-existent today. We are living in a new generation that has no fear of God. They don't look up! We've been increasingly seeing college campus murders, smash & grab mobs stealing everything that's not bolted down in all kinds of businesses across the United States.

We're seeing mentally-ill homeless people assaulting, stabbing and pushing people down onto the train tracks in the subway. This is the demonic society in the United States today! The courts are so liberal that they oftentimes don't even prosecute offenders anymore, they just release them back into the public to hurt more people. I thank God for guys like Tucker Carlson who tell the truth and expose the tyranny and treason in our country today.

Isaiah 43:7 and Revelation 4:11

Isaiah 43:7, “Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.”

Revelation 4:11, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

A foundational Bible principle is that all things were created for God's pleasure. Every human being was created to glorify God. That is our purpose on earth. Ecclesiastes 12:13, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” Our purpose for existence is to glorify God. We glorify God when we obey Him and keep His commandments.

When we sin we're not giving glory to God, we bring shame to Him. Especially as Christians, we are bought with a price the Bible teaches. That price is the precious blood of Jesus (1st Peter 1:18-19). 1st Corinthians 6:20, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.” If you are a born again believer, your body and spirit belong to God, by both creation and redemption.

This is why the Apostle Paul said in Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” God does not require anything from us in return for saving us. Eternal life is a free gift, paid for by the precious body and blood which Jesus sacrificed for our sins.

Even though we are not debtor to repay Christ's payment for our sins, it is only reasonable that we lay down our life as a living sacrifice. It is not required, but it is appropriate and ethical. The Lord is so good that even after all He has done to rescue us from eternal damnation in Hell, He is going to reward us for all of our labors for Him (1st Corinthians 3:8). God is so good. Isaiah 43:7, “Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.” God is worthy of our sincerest praise and gratitude.

Most religious people are phonies. They attend church and superficially praise God, sing religious songs and go through all the motions of playing church. Matthew 15:7-8, “Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.” Pensacola Christian College is a prime offender. They are like the sinking Titanic ship. The grew and passengers are arranging deck chairs up on top, while the frigid icy Atlantic ocean is fast flooding into the leaking compartments and the ship is going down.

The churches today are apostate and pathetic. They have replaced preaching with entertainment. They have substituted the old hymns of the faith with lifeless Contemporary Christian Music (CCM). The new music s awful, lacking pretty melody, beautiful harmony and the profound meaning of lyrics that the old time hymns of the faith had. Today's music is garbage! There is no Holy Spirit conviction anymore in churches. No wonder church attendance is now at an all-time low in the United States.

So, please remember that you and I were made to please and glorify God with our life.

Genesis 2:19 and Genesis 3:19-20

Genesis 3:20, “And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.”

One reason why I believe in an old earth is found in the Old Testament book of Genesis...

Genesis 2:19-20, “And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.”

The Bible says that Adam named “every living creature.” But he didn't name the dinosaurs, because they weren't alive at the time. Modern scientists named the dinosaurs in the 19th and 20th centuries, as they were unearthed by archaeologists.

If tyrannosauruses, velociraptors, brontosaurs, pterodactyls and other prehistoric creatures had been alive in Adam's time, then he would have named them, but he clearly didn't. This is further compelling biblical evidence that the earth is very old, and that there was a prehistoric land where dinosaurs lived before mankind was created (at approximately 6,000 BC). Psalms 102:25, “Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.” The psalmist David penned these inspired words around 1,000 BC. I support the Gap Principle between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2.

John 1:3

John 1:1-3, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

The Bible is very clear that Jesus is the Creator. Jesus is not merely “a god” as the cult of Jehovah's Witnesses teach; but rather, Jesus is “the almighty” God (Revelation 1:8).

All (and I mean all) of the Devil's modern Bible revisions corrupt this passage in John 1:3, changing “by him” to “through him.” It is obvious why the Devil's crowd changed this passage, to corrupt the deity of Jesus. Unsaved unbelievers and modernists don't believe that Jesus is the Savior. They reject Him as Creator, God and Messiah.

I cannot warn you enough to avoid the modern English Bible revisions. The Devil hates Jesus and wants to do everything in his power to take as many people to Hell with him. Satan is a liar (John 8:44). The Devil blinds the minds of unbelievers to make sure they never find the truth of the Gospel (2nd Corinthians 4:4). The job of Christian believers is to teach people the truth, so that they can be saved (Luke 8:15).

Romans 4:4-7

Romans 4:4-7, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.”

The Holy Spirit showed me a truth yesterday from Romans 4:6-7, “Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.” This passage is a quote from Psalms 32:1-2, “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.” Carefully notice that David said that God imputes righteousness to a man "WITHOUT WORKS"!!!

This Scripture passage from Romans 4:6 exposes Peter S. Ruckman (1921-2016), Robert Breaker (who graduated from Ruckman's perverse 'Pensacola Bible institute' in 1998), William P. Grady, Bible Baptist Church in Pensacola, and other militant Ruckmanites who falsely teach that people in the Old Testament were saved by WORKS, as dirty liars. David, who lived under the Mosaic Law, said that God imputes righteousness to a man "WITHOUT WORKS."

Romans 4:6-7, Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

Everybody who was saved in the Old Testament, including under Mosaic Law, was saved by GRACE. They were saved by God's IMPUTED RIGHTEOUSNESS, which is by faith alone, WITHOUT WORKS.

Romans 4:4, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.” I love this Bible verse, because it blows the Ruckman cult out of the water! If people were saved by WORKS in the Old Testament (which the wacky Ruckman cult claims; for example: Here is Evangelist William P. Grady teaching utter nonsense), then salvation was by DEBT instead of GRACE. We just read this truth in Romans 4:4, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.” Dear reader, God has never owed anybody salvation. Grace has been often expressed as an acronym: God's Riches At Christ's Expense. I like that! Grace is God's unmerited favor, giving us what we don't deserve. Mercy is God not giving us what we do deserve! Salvation has always been, and always will be, solely by God's wondrous grace, which is through faith alone in Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:9).

I love the Bible word imputeth! Romans 4:4-7, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.” The same exact Greek word is used for “counted” in verse 5, as us used for “imputeth” in verse 6. They are the SAME word, conveying the SAME meaning! Some people consider “impute” a theological word, but it is also a Bible word. Modalism and soteriology are theological words, which are not found in the Bible, but the word “impute” is found in the Bible. 

The word “impute” is fascinating. It is the Greek word logizomai which means, “to take an inventory.” In plain language it is a legal term that means we all have a criminal record (a rap sheet) in Heaven before we get saved. This is why we read in Revelation 20:12-13, “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.” Every unsaved person has a criminal record of sins recorded in Heaven. By the way, God doesn't rely upon computers which go haywire and malfunction all the time, He uses good old fashioned books!

The popular official city slogan of “Sin City” Las Vegas is: “What HAPPENS in Vegas STAYS in Vegas!” I've got sad news for you friend, what HAPPENS in Vegas is RECORDED in Heaven!!! I just quoted Revelation 20:12-13 to you. All of your sins are recorded in Heaven and WILL be used against you at the Great White Throne of Judgment if you die in your sins without Jesus Christ as your personal Savior (John 8:24).

Contrariwise, for the redeemed child of God, our sins have been cast to the bottom of the sea (which is over 37,000 feet deep). Micah 7:19, “He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.” Amen and amen! That is so encouraging and beautiful. If you are a born again Christian, your rap sheet is GONE! Your criminal record doesn't exist anymore! Your sins are gone, gone, gone!!! 1st John 1:7, “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”

When someone trusts Christ as Savior, God credits all of the sins listed on their inventory in Heaven to Christ's record instead; and God takes all of Jesus' righteous attributes and credits them to you. This all happens by faith alone in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Your sins are counted to Christ, and His righteousness is counted to you. This has been called by some as, 'The Great Transfer.' I like that! If you have been born again, God will not impute (count) your sins against you. Your sins were counted to Christ on Calvary's brutal cross. Jesus' perfect righteousness is counted to you by faith. Instead of seeing your sins, God the Father sees Jesus' goodness. That is beautiful! Thank you Lord!

The Bible says that our sins as Christians have been separated from us, as far as the east is from the west. I love that! You can travel east forever, and you will never find west (and vice versa). But you can only travel to the North Pole and then you'll be headed south again (and vice versa). Psalms 103:12, “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.” God deliberately said “east and west,” instead of “north and south,” knowing that east and west never meet.

I purchased Evangelist Ray Comfort's 'THE EVIDENCE BIBLE' several years ago. I read through it carefully, examining Ray's corrupt theology (he teaches the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation). To no surprise, Ray didn't comment about Romans 4:1-7. It would normally be shocking that any Bible preacher would avoid such an important doctrinal passage, but I wasn't surprised since I know that Ray Comfort is an unsaved false prophet who wrests the Scripture to his own destruction (2nd Peter 3:16-17).

Part of the problem is that Ray based his Bible commentary on 'The Amplified Bible' (AMP), which completely removes the word “impute.” This is just another of thousands of good reasons why I absolutely hate and reject ALL modern English Bible revisions! Only the inspired King James Bible is trustworthy! Beware of the Devil's corrupt Bibles!!! So it doesn't surprise me that Ray Comfort completely ignores Romans 4:4-7, since The Amplified Bible has removed the great doctrine of IMPUTATION. False prophets have crept into churches, religious Bible bookstores and Bible seminaries everywhere today. Matthew 7:15, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

2nd Samuel 1:10-16

2nd Samuel 1:10-16, “So I stood upon him, and slew him, because I was sure that he could not live after that he was fallen: and I took the crown that was upon his head, and the bracelet that was on his arm, and have brought them hither unto my lord. Then David took hold on his clothes, and rent them; and likewise all the men that were with him: And they mourned, and wept, and fasted until even, for Saul, and for Jonathan his son, and for the people of the LORD, and for the house of Israel; because they were fallen by the sword. And David said unto the young man that told him, Whence art thou?  And he answered, I am the son of a stranger, an Amalekite. And David said unto him, How wast thou not afraid to stretch forth thine hand to destroy the LORD's anointed? And David called one of the young men, and said, Go near, and fall upon him.  And he smote him that he died. And David said unto him, Thy blood be upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD's anointed.”

This young Amalekite told King David that he killed Saul. David was horrified. The Amalekite, a member of a heathen nation, sincerely thought that David would be happy and thankful that he killed Saul. Everybody and their dog knew about the conflict between Saul and David. Everybody knew that Saul was hunting for David, wanting to kill him. The Amalekite no doubt expected to receive a great reward from the king, but he didn't understand God's ways. David knew that it was wrong to raise up one's hand against God's anointed man. The naïve young Amalekite didn't understand such things. To his horror, the young Amalekite learned that instead of being hailed as a hero, King David saw him as an evil villain of the Lord. The Amalekite even handed over Saul's crown and bracelet to David, corroborating his story.

The shocking amazing thing about this story is that the Amalekite LIED to David. In fact, Saul committed suicide and was not slain by the Amalekite...

1st Samuel 31:4-5, “Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me.  But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him.”

1st Chronicles 10:4-5, “Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me.  But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid.  So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise on the sword, and died.”

Wow! What a lesson to be learned from this true story! The young Amalekite saw a golden opportunity (so he thought) to hit the big time and make a lot of money. He very likely anticipated that David was going to throw a party for him, give him a big bag of gold, and become buddies with him for killing David's enemy, Saul. What saith the Scripture? Proverbs 16:25, “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

Let this be a lesson to all of us, that having even the most noblest and sincere of intentions can still go horribly wrong! Some of the worst ideas in history have been done with the best of intentions. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

2nd Samuel 3:27-29

2nd Samuel 3:27, “And when Abner was returned to Hebron, Joab took him aside in the gate to speak with him quietly, and smote him there under the fifth rib, that he died, for the blood of Asahel his brother. And afterward when David heard it, he said, I and my kingdom are guiltless before the LORD for ever from the blood of Abner the son of Ner: Let it rest on the head of Joab, and on all his father's house; and let there not fail from the house of Joab one that hath an issue, or that is a leper, or that leaneth on a staff, or that falleth on the sword, or that lacketh bread.”

King David is a frustrating character in the Holy Bible. In the preceding Scripture text David said that the blood of Abner wasn't upon his hands, but in fact it was upon his hands, because as the king it was his duty to execute justice in the land. David should have punished Joab for murdering Abner in cold blood.

Abner had been the commander of Saul's armies. When Saul died Abner served King David. Joab had a brother named Asahel. Asahel pursued Abner and Abner warned him to back off and leave it alone, but like his stubborn brother Joab, Asahel refused to back off from pursuing Abner to kill him. Abner was reluctant to kill Asahel because he was David's young nephew, the son of David's sister. But Asahel was impetuous to kill Abner and continued to pursue him, so Abner had no choice but to kill Asahel, Joab's brother.

Consequently, Joab murdered Abner, which was wrong. Abner defended himself against Asahel. What else could Abner have done? Joab was a bad guy! Joab later would murder David's son Absalom, defying the king's royal order not to harm Absalom. Joab didn't care, he just did what ever he felt like doing. I encourage you to listen to Alexander Scourby read the Old Testament book of 2nd Samuel, it is very intriguing.

David did have blood upon his hands. When someone is murdered, even if it is an unidentified body found in a deserted area, there is blood upon the land in God's sight until there is justice for that slain person. David as king had a responsibility to execute justice for Abner, but for whatever he didn't. David had no right to claim to wash his hands of Joab's murder of Abner. King David could have punished Joab, but chose not to. David had blood on his hands!

1st Timothy 5:20

1st Timothy 5:20, “Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.” 

Kindly said, pastors are biblically obligated preach hard against all sin, including the abominable sin of homosexuality (Isaiah 58:1; Romans 1:24-32). God's wrath is upon any pastor and church who openly welcome sodomites into their congregation, but never a word is preaching from the pulpit about the evils of homosexuality, adultery and the lusts of the flesh. God pity the preacher that the world don't hate!

John 7:7, “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.” When did Jesus testify against the sins of the world? Remember, Jesus' name is THE WORD OF GOD (Revelation 19:13). Jesus is the Word made incarnate, that is, in the flesh (John 1:1-3, 14). Evangelist John R. Rice (1895-1980) used to rightly say that Jesus and the Bible are “twins.” Jesus is the Living Word; the Bible is the Written Word.

Moreover, Jesus was a preacher of righteousness while on earth. He preached against sin everywhere that He went, as did John the Baptist. In fact, it was preaching against Herod's adultery with his brother's wife that compelled Herodias (Herod's brother's wife) to conspire to have John beheaded. She got her evil way! Woe be unto her in Hell. Ecclesiastes 8:12-13, “Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him: But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.”

That is why we read in John 5:39, “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” Revelation 19:10b tells us, “for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” The Bible contains 31% prophecy, the Koran contains none. When we study Bible prophecy, we should always look for how it relates to Jesus to acquire the proper meaning.

It is tragic that so many bad preachers today are perverting (changing) God's simple plan of salvation, in a futile attempt tp force sinners to live a holy life. This perversion of grace is called, “Lordship Salvation.” The problem is not with the Gospel; but rather, with today's wimpy Caspar Milquetoast pastors who refuse to preach hard against sin from the pulpit. Churches have utterly failed to mentor new converts, which is part of The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). The Great Commission in most churches has become The Great Omission!!! We are not commanded as saints to just go preach the Gospel to win the lost to Jesus Christ, but also, “Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:20a).

Evangelist Lester Roloff (1914-2982) was absolutely right, who said: “The great need of the hour is preaching preachers!”

Psalms 1:1-2

Psalms 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

I could write a book on just this Bible passage. I love Psalms chapter one. By the way, this is one of the first Scripture passages that I recommend for people to commit to memory.

Walk Not In The Counsel of The Ungodly

We read in verse one, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.” This is some of the best advice you will ever receive from the Lord. I could tell you of tragic stories of what has happened to people because they accepted ungodly counsel from worldly people. Particularly in marriage disputes. People will destroy your marriage if you let them. A marriage can only be destroyed from within. When a marriage is struggling, wicked people so often take sides with the wife, convincing her it is best to file for divorce. I have seen this happen time after time. Sadly, religious people can be some of the most rotten and destructive influences on a troubled marriage. I wish people would mind their own business and stay out of other people's marriage problems.

Dear reader, the Bible tells us not to walk in the counsel of the ungodly. Here is a typical example of the ungodly selfish type of worldly Satanic advice you'll get from the heathen. This foolish woman gives 15 reasons when you should file for divorce. One of her horrible reasons is if you want things to be different. How selfish! What saith the Scripture? Mark 10:9, “What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” The word “divorce” ought not even be in your vocabulary as a child of God. Let the Devil's children get a divorce.

I cannot warn you enough to avoid fools like The View and Oprah Winfrey on television. They are wicked people who promote the homosexual agenda. They are promoting the Devil's narrative, not the teachings of the inspired Holy Bible. Please search the Scriptures to learn godly principles and wisdom to make life's decisions. That is what the Bible means in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” We acknowledge God by living in the teachings of the inspired Scriptures. By “inspired” I mean that they are God's Words. That is, God gave them to humanity, penned through sinful men which God made holy (2nd Peter 1:21). The Bible is not merely the words of men.

Another immoral agenda being shoved down American's throats today is transgenderism. There's a lot of ungodly advice online advising parents to accept and go along with their child who claims to be the opposite gender. The mother is this meme has the right attitude...

The Plain Truth

Whatever plumbing (family jewels) you were born with is your gender, regardless of how you may feel about yourself. Beware of the ungodly advice that exists everywhere today! The Lord will give you His mind as a believer if you abide in the Word of God. 1st Corinthians 2:16, “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.”

Stand Not In The Way Of Sinners

We read again in Psalms 1:1, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.” We ought not stand in the way of sinners. That means not to hang around with worldly friends. Bad friends can ruin you! Prisons are full of innocent people who were merely present when a horrible crime was committed by a friend, acquaintance or neighbour, and they suffered for it. 

A perfect example is William “Roddie” Bryan, who was sentenced in 2021 to 30 years in prison for the murder of 25 year old Ahmaud Arbery. I feel so sorry for William. His neighbours (a father and son) yelled for him to jump into their truck, and he did, trusting his neighbours. Little did he know that they were going after a young black man who was jogging down the street. William said nothing. He was simply present when his neighbour's son got into a scuffle with Ahmaud, and as he grabbed the gun it went off and killed him. William never picked up a weapon. He never said a word. He was just there, and the jury found him guilty. That is injustice!!!

With Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson present in the courtroom, it was guaranteed that either the jury would under pressure find these men guilty, or angry black Americans would have burned half the cities in Georgia to the ground. There is no way to have a fair outcome when such extreme political pressure is exerted on the whole court process. In the United States we have a justice system that is run by mob rule!

But you get the point. The Bible tells us not to stand in the way of sinners! That means to be very careful who you choose as friends. I guarantee you that William regrets ever getting into his neighbor's truck that day. Would to God that he had been at a doctor's appointment, or sick in bed, or any one of a thousand other places than in that truck that horrible day! I feel sorry for his wife, who lost her husband. This is why for several years my favorite Bible verse has been Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Think dear friend. Get in your King James Bible and learn God's ways. The Bible is our instruction Book!!!

I don't have any close friends locally. I'd love to have a good friend, like David and Jonathan were dear friends. I haven't been blessed to find such a true friend. I have some good ministry friends online across the world. I have a few good friends in Africa. I have a very good friend in Indiana. I have a fairly good friend in Texas. These are all born again Christians. I doubt if I'd ever get into anyone's car just because they asked me too. I am very cautious about people! In today's world you need to be very careful who you trust, and even whose vehicle you get into with. Proverbs 22:3, “A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.”

Don't Sit In The Seat Of The Scornful

We read again in Psalms 1:1, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.” When a man has once given place to evil counsel, or to his own sin nature, he begins to forget himself in his sin, and so falls into contempt of God, which is called “the seat of the scorners.” This word “scorners” properly means those who mock, deride, scoff; those who treat virtue and religion with contempt and scorn.

Singer Elton John comes to mind, who God willing will turn 77 years old on March 25th, 2024. Sir Elton “Hercules” John (born in 1947 as Reginald Kenneth Dwight) has openly called for world governments to ban all organized religion, which he perceives as the greatest threat to the homosexual community. Elton is a scorner! He blasphemes the inspired Word of God. My heart goes out to Elton and David Furnace (his partner) because without being born-again (which comes through faith in Jesus Christ) they cannot go to Heaven (John 3:3).

Live In The Inspired Word Of God

Psalms 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” The Bible says that the man who does not take the advice of wicked people is blessed. He does not run with sinners. He doesn't go to the stripclub after work with ungodly sinners. He avoids casinos. He stays away from nightclubs. He does not attack, slander and place God on trial as do wicked sinners; and for these things God calls him blessed. I don't know about you, but I want to be blessed of God. This man's delight is in the Law of the Lord, and in His law doth he meditate (thinking about) day and night. How many people do this?

The old adage is true: Either sin will keep you from the Bible, or the Bible will keep you from sin. Television in particular desensitizes the viewer to the awfulness of sin. When Hollywood or Netflix produce a movie, there is usually a one to two minute sleazy scene in the movie. That is the main part the Devil's crowd want you to watch, and they build the whole movie around that one to two minute smut scene to corrupt your mind further. Hollywood and Netflix much blood on their hands for pulling on the same rope as the Devil. Satan is a beautiful liar!

The man who delights in the Word of God is blessed. That is so rare nowadays to find someone who truly enjoys reading, studying and talking about the Bible. Even when I was in Bible college, some students didn't want to talk about the Bible. I attended Hyles-Anderson College between 1985 to 1993, when I graduated on the Dean's List with honors. I cherish my time under the great soulwinning ministry of Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001). Dr. Hyles had many enemies, as do ALL Bible preachers who stand for what is true and right. This immoral wicked world today hates Christians, the Bible and Jesus (John 7:7; 15:18-19). I only had a couple friends in Bible college that loved to talk about the Bible truths we had learned.

I have never lost my love of the King James Bible! I learned a very long time ago that the fastest way to get rid of 99% of people is to just start talking about the Word of God. They will quickly leave as if you have the Bubonic Plague, COVID-19, Anthrax and the A.I.D.S. virus.

The Bible tells us that in the last days that people would no longer tolerate sound doctrine. 2nd Timothy 4:2-4, “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” Notice that they will turn aside after lies and fables and reject THE TRUTH. The reason why is because they will follow their own lusts (a longing for that which is forbidden). They will seek out corrupt preachers in neo-evangelical churches who will cater to their selfish desires (e.g., Joel Osteen, Steven Furtick, John MacArthur, et cetera).

I have been faithfully preaching the Word of God online since 2002. That is why 95% of my website articles have been censored. I preach THE TRUTH that abortion, homosexuality, public nakedness, feminism, stealing, divorce and covetousness are all wicked sins! I am one of very few preachers who expose Satan's deadly neo-evangelical colleges; namely, schools like Pensacola Christian College and Bob Jones University (both of which preach a fake plan of salvation). Somebody has got to care! Somebody has got to pay attention to the details. I don't merely blindly follow whatever some pastor spoon feeds my mind. I question everything, as the Holy Bible commands believers to do in 1st John 4:1. This is why the Apostle Paul said the Bereans were noble, because they searched the Scriptures daily to verify things (Acts 17:10-11). May we also do the same.

Jeremiah 3:15, 10:21, 12:10, 23:1-2

Jeremiah 3:15, “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.”

I love God. He cares more about humanity than any of us could ever imagine. In this passage the Bible says that God gives us pastors, according to His heart. The Lord alone raises up a man of God. God had chosen Jeremiah to be a prophet unto the nations, before he was even conceived in the womb (Jeremiah 1:5). God gives us pastors (true pastors that is) to feed Jesus' sheep with knowledge and understanding. Everything rises and falls on leadership. It is in our human nature to follow other men. Sadly, most men are not safe to follow. That is why billions of people are being woefully misled today by following their Catholic priest, Lutheran minister, Jewish Rabbi or other dangerous cult leader.

Sadly, although I am an Independent Fundamental Baptist myself, I have to warn you that 85% of Baptist churches today are dangerous Lordship Salvation cults, who preach a counterfeit plan of salvation (which cannot produce the new birth that is required to enter into God's Kingdom - John 3:3-7).

The adage is true: There is nothing new under the sun.

In the Old Testament there were false prophets, just as there are today in 2024. Jeremiah 10:21, “For the pastors are become brutish, and have not sought the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flocks shall be scattered.” Isn't that sad? We read in Jeremiah 3:15 that God gave us pastors to feed God's flock with knowledge and understanding. So what happened that instead of preaching the truth, those pastors were now lacking good sense (brutish), and stopped seeking the Lord's face, and actually become a threat and danger to God's people? Jeremiah 12:10, “Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.”

There are millions of corrupt preachers throughout the world today who are pulling on the same rope as the Devil. Jeremiah 23:1-2, “Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!  saith the LORD. Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.” The most dangerous thing you'll ever do is listen to a preacher blindly, without searching the Scriptures for yourself to verify the things he is teaching you. You should always question everything, testing it with the inspired Word of God (Acts 17:10-11; 1st John 4:1). Any teaching that goes contrary to the Holy Bible is heresy (i.e., an opinion). One thing that you won't find in the Word of God is your opinion.

Beware Of Corrupt Pastors Who Preach A False Repentance

One of my favorite free grace preachers is Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold. I listened to a sermon today titled, “Legalistic Judaism is Today's Calvinism,” in which I gleaned these great quotes:

“When it comes to salvation, if you're saved by grace, there's nothing to stop or start.” —Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold, “Legalistic Judaism is Today's Calvinism”

“Christ paid for my sins. If He paid for my sins, why would I have to go to Hell to pay for my sins? All He wanted me to do was believe that He did it all for me. That is the greatest news in all the world! And no man, no preacher, has the authority to change the Gospel message. Just because you don't see how it works, or understand how it works—you don't have to know, it ain't none of our business; but God says there is a Heaven and a Hell, and if you want to go to Heaven this is what you do, and your opinion don't count.” —Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold, “Legalistic Judaism is Today's Calvinism”

I am deeply concerned about the false information being circulated in 99% of churches today about how to get to Heaven. You'll hear one or more of the following lies in churches (cults) today, all embellishments which pervert God's simple plan of salvation:

1. Repent of your sins
2. Turn from your sinful ways
3. Forsake the world
4. Forsake a lifestyle of sinning
5. Be willing to turn from your sins
6. Put Christ on the throne of your life
7. Surrender all to Christ
8. Give your life to Christ
9. Change your behavior to prove you've repented to be saved
10. Become a Christ follower
11. Commit to serve Christ
12. Invite Christ into your life
13. Invite Jesus into your heart
14. Give the steering wheel of your life to God
15. Live a perpetual lifestyle of repentance
16. Decide to follow and obey Christ instead of your self-serving sins
17. Run the race faithfully until the end
18. Prove the reality of the genuineness of your faith by works
19. Pray a sinner's prayer
20. Join a church
21. Keep the Seven Sacraments
22. Get water baptized
23. Confess the name of Jesus publicly
24. Partake of Holy Communion
25. Keep the Sabbath Day
26. Keep the Ten Commandments to prove your love to validate faith

Most proponents of Lordship Salvation will claim to believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone; but then they will contradict them self by insisting that a saved person must sin less and do good works to validate their faith. If these “signs” are not present they will claim that the person is not saved. This thought process can never lead to assurance of salvation because it is always dependent on how one lives. Jonah 3:10, “And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.” Turning from one's sin is WORKS!!!

Also, carefully notice that God Himself repented! If repentance means to turn from one's sinning then this Bible verse makes no sense, because we know that God is righteous and incapable of committing sin (James 1:13). God simply changed His mind, which is exactly what the word “repent” means in regard to getting saved. The man who believes on the Lord Jesus Christ has repented. That is, he has changed his mind from unbelief to belief. He has changed his mind to admit that he is a SINNER, and that Jesus is the SAVIOR. Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do.

The simple plan of salvation is this. You and I are guilty sinners. We have all fallen short of God's perfect standard (Romans 3:10-23). There is a penalty for sinning, which is death. We all have to die. But the Bible warns about a second death in Hell, fire and brimstone forever (Revelation 20:11-15; 21:8). The GOOD NEWS (which means, "Gospel") is that God loves humanity and sent His only begotten Son into the world to die on a cross to pay our debt of sin (John 3:16; Romans 5:6-9). He was buried, but three days later Jesus came back to life, raising up from the dead (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Jesus paid a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could not pay (2nd Corinthians 5:21).

Jesus has already paid for everybody's sins. Forgiveness of sins and eternal life is a free gift, paid for by Jesus' precious blood (1st Peter 1:18-19). All God asks for anyone to be saved is to BELIEVE (put your reliance in, trust) that Jesus did it all for you. Childlike faith is all that is necessary. Nothing more is required or allowed by God. This plan of salvation is so simple that most men complicate it, by adding holy living, forsaking one's sinful bad habits and persevering in service to Christ in order to get to Heaven. In reality, they have been woefully deceived by the Devil, which we can sadly see happened to a group in Matthew 7:21-23. They cried out to Jesus, “Lord, Lord.” They boasted of having followed Christ, of having done “many wonderful work,” of having prophesied (preached) in Jesus' name to the masses, but Christ denied knowing them as His sheep. Tragically, they were lost and hellbound in their WORKS.

A True Pastor Preaches A Free Grace Gospel

I wouldn't sit in a church where a pastor lies to the people by preaching another gospel. The first thing I do when I attend a church and I hear the pastor preach a corrupt gospel from the pulpit, is that I personally hand that pastor a hard copy of Michael P. Bowen's book, "I NEVER KNEW YOU" (which is the best defense of the free grace Gospel I have ever read). I just purchased four more hardcopies to give to people as gifts. In 2023, I humbly gave hard copies to my pain management Doctor, her Physician's Assistant, and my Pastor, my next door neighbour. I have another neighbor who is an 84 year old elderly woman and an avowed atheist. I tried to give her one but she refused it. That is so sad. I am praying for her.

If after personally handing the aforementioned book to a new pastor, he persists in preaching a counterfeit gospel, then I leave the church and expose that bad church and the doctrinally rotten pastor on social media. This is 100% biblical. Titus 1:13-14, “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” Jude 1:3 exhorts Christians to “earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” Life is short, Hell is hot and eternity is a long time!!! Every preacher ought to be a Watchman upon the wall, who cries aloud to warn everyone about the wrath of God to come in Hell against Christ-rejecters (John 3:36; 2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9).

Jeremiah 3:15, “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” There were good pastors and bad pastors during Bible times, just as there are today. The love of money (merely pursuing a career to make money) corrupts preachers. When money becomes an issue there is a conflict of interest. That is one reason since 2002, when I began my internet ministry, I have never taken a single penny for all my (I estimate at least 50,000 hours) of diligent labor. I labor for the love of Jesus, truth and people (and of course, by faith in God's promise to reward me, I am laying up treasures in Heaven - Matthew 6:19-20).
